Stagers have various services that they offer. Fees are based on what service or options you wish, and some

- Written staging plan (verses a verbal), and you do the staging / work yourself.
- Partial home staging plan. The stager stages only specific rooms or areas of the home.
- Entire home staging plan. The stager will completely stage your home; doing the work themselves.
- Vacant home plan where furniture and accessories are furnished.
- Vacant home with furniture and accessories from the stager; plus live people, from the stagers
organization living in it.
